One summer home has an area of 40.5 m2. It's got a living area with a kitchen annexe, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a private terrace. In the most comfortable arrangement it fits 4 people, however, with a sofa bed, it can accommodate even 6 people. The summer home is fully air-conditioned. Our summer homes are available for rent or to buy. You decide what option fits you best.
